As a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a Master’s in Health and Exercise Science, I’ve dedicated my life to understanding the human body, wellness, and the transformative power of small, consistent actions.

Created mindful practices as a yoga instructor and meditation retreat leader.
Led Running and Meditation Retreats, helping participants connect movement with mindfulness and discover the joy of an integrated practice.
Crafted exercise routines for recovery as a cardiac rehab technician.
